Return Policy:
Due to the personalization of some of our items we will not accept returns of hand stamped items. Beaded items can be returned within 7 days and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are made on a case by case basis. If you have a question, please feel free to email or call me at any time. We will work with you if there is a problem.
Hand Stamping Note:
Due to the fact that all of the hand stamped jewelry is done BY HAND each character may vary slightly in depth and spacing. This will add charm and originality to each peice. Compared to engraving the impression made by the hand stamps is much deeper and will wear better over time.
Shipping:
Free shipping for orders over $100 and only $1.99 for all other orders. We ship via United States Postal Service but can expidite shipping if needed. Please let us know if you need to change your shipping.
Delivery:
Please allow 7 business days for the order to be made. All items are hand stamped or created by Me and will ship as soon as they are ready. Remember that during certain times of the year - holidays - it may take me a little longer. If you need your order expidited - please let me know. I will work with you.

Ring Mounts:
We purchase the Three Stone Mothers Ring mounts from our supplier. We cannot warranty the workmanship of the ring mount itself. If you have a problem please let us know.
Hospital Delivery
If you are within the St. Charles, MO county, and you want your order to be delivered to the hospital please select the Hospital Delivery page. The extra fee is $5.00 for St. Charles county hospitals and $7.50 for St. Lukes, St. Johns and MoBap. All Hospital Deliveries will be made within 24 hours of the order. Please note the room number is you have it available. Thanks!
